Technique
- Lie flat on your back, arms by your sides, palms up.
- Your legs apart with your feet pointing slightly out.
- From head to toe, scan your body and make sure that every part of your body, every joint, muscle and organ is completely relaxed.
- Relax and slow your breathing as you remain completely motionless. Completely still your mind.
- Remain in this position for several minutes, but as long as you feel like to remain here.
