Technique

  1. Lie flat on your back, arms by your sides, palms up.
  2. Your legs apart with your feet pointing slightly out.
  3. From head to toe, scan your body and make sure that every part of your body, every joint, muscle and organ is completely relaxed.
  4. Relax and slow your breathing as you remain completely motionless. Completely still your mind.
