Technique
- Kneel on the floor.
- Bring your toes together and lower your heels outwards and apart.
- Sit on the upwards facing insides of your feet, with your heels touching your hips.
- Place your hands, palm down on your thighs.
- Keep your ears in-line with your shoulders and your hips, keeping your back straight.
- Relax your arms and focus on your breathing and hold the pose for as long as possible.

- Breathe slowly and rhythmically.
